Responsibilities
Develop, coordinate, and maintain integrated Supply Chain Planning program/project timelines and governance
Partner with business PM to lead core team and executive steering committee meetings, including status reporting
Drive resolution of project constraints, conflicts, and challenges to ensure timely and successful execution
Communicate project status, critical paths, and potential risks organization-wide
Manage project plan, assign tasks, and ensure quality of project deliverables
Qualification
Required
PMP Certification
Strong experience with SAP ERP systems
Proven leadership and cross-functional team management
Minimum of 8 years of experience leading major cross-functional projects
Strong communication and presentation skills
Capable of handling ambiguity and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred
Certification in project management (PMP) or Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
Medical device industry background is a plus
