Configure and enhance Epicor ERP for efficiency and data insights
Lead or support system implementations, upgrades, and integrations
Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
Develop and maintain BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, and reports
Work closely with team leads to match business needs with Epicor features
Design, test, and validate system enhancements
Prepare project proposals with clear objectives and success criteria
Train users and develop system documentation
Qualification
Required
Expertise in Epicor ERP
Expertise in SQL
Experience in manufacturing processes
Ability to configure and enhance Epicor ERP for efficiency and data insights
Ability to lead or support system implementations, upgrades, and integrations
Ability to analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
Ability to develop and maintain BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, and reports
Ability to work closely with team leads to match business needs with Epicor features
Ability to design, test, and validate system enhancements
Ability to prepare project proposals with clear objectives and success criteria
Ability to train users and develop system documentation
Preferred
Experience with SAP
