Sr Manager, Sales Operations & Compensation

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a passionate and results-driven Senior Manager, Sales Operations & Compensation to join our Commercial Services team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales Operations leaders and cross-functional partners to help enable our commercial teams to perform at their best and deliver exceptional experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with Sales Operations leaders and cross-functional partners
Help enable our commercial teams to perform at their best and deliver exceptional experiences for our guests
Strengthen the tools, processes, and insights that support our sales organization
Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of enterprise-wide systems, processes, incentive programs, and sales training infrastructure that drive commercial effectiveness
Provide strategic guidance, shape long-term operational frameworks, and ensure consistent execution across a complex commercial ecosystem

Required

Minimum 5-7 years hotel sales experience, preferably in a Full Service
Minimum 3-5 years of Associate Director of Sales/Senior Sales Manager or similar team leadership experience demonstrating success in developing and executing sales strategy

Preferred

Strong knowledge and understanding of Hyatt sales tools and programing
Experience within a Hyatt Hotel is preferred
