This role focuses on eLearning, multimedia design, accessibility, and learner experience excellence, primarily targeting AML and Financial Crimes projects.

Responsibilities
Design and contribute to learning and development programs, including instructional frameworks, content mapping, scripts, storyboards, and prototypes
Own the end-to-end design and development of learning solutions
Translate instructional concepts into engaging graphics, animations, and interactive assets
Develop creative learning deliverables including eLearning, simulations, videos, presentations, eBooks, and performance support tools
Ensure all learning solutions align with brand standards, accessibility requirements (WCAG 2.1), and DEI principles
Partner with Course Owners, Instructional Designers, and SMEs to capture and translate course-specific knowledge
Participate in project scoping and planning, defining learner experience standards and delivery approaches
Assess business needs and recommend the optimal mix of instructor-led, hands-on, and digital learning
Support team success through collaboration, coaching, and knowledge sharing
Qualification
Required
10+ years of instructional design and development experience
Expert-level experience with Articulate Storyline 3 / 360 and Rise 360
Strong creative and graphic design capabilities
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Proven experience designing fully accessible learning solutions aligned with WCAG 2.1
Ability to communicate effectively with business, technical, and creative stakeholders

Preferred
Experience in a banking or financial institution environment
Experience with GoAnimate/Vyond, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Camtasia
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience using JAWS Screen Reader
Familiarity with Adobe Connect, WebEx, and MS Teams for virtual learning
Strong background in learning consultation, needs analysis, program evaluation, and performance enablement
Preferred: Post-graduate education in Adult Learning & Development or Instructional Design
Certifications in: Instructional Design / Instructional Technology, Human Performance Technology, Creative or Graphic Arts (asset)
