Administrative Assistant
AED123 is a company that provides Automated External Defibrillator (AED) services and is on a mission to save lives. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the CEO by managing administrative tasks and enabling him to focus on strategic opportunities.
Responsibilities
Support CEO: Handle tasks and manage aspects of the business that would otherwise have been handled/managed by the CEO
Administrative Tasks: Organize involvement in trade shows, plan quarterly team meetings, manage various administrative tasks from processing expense reports to providing data to suppliers
Recruiting: Manage job postings, interview scheduling, and conduct phone screens
Special Projects
Support other members of the team when they need extra bandwidth
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in business and/or administrative assistant role
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Positive attitude and eagerness to be part of a growing team
