Responsibilities

Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and procedures based on requirements and design specifications
Execute manual and automated tests for functional, integration, system, regression, and acceptance testing
Collaborate with engineers and technicians to understand designs, risks, and failure modes
Design and maintain test fixtures, equipment, and environments
Analyze test results and provide clear, actionable reports and recommendations
Support root-cause analysis and verification of corrective actions
Participate in requirements and design reviews to ensure testability
Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and automation coverage
Ensure compliance with applicable standards and quality systems

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field

Ability to write clear test documentation and reports
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Engineering Judgment: Ability to recognize abnormal system behavior and take appropriate action
Technical Curiosity: Desire to understand system functionality beyond following procedures

Preferred

Familiarity with version control, issue-tracking, and shop floor execution systems
Experience with electrical engineering concepts, circuit design, and schematic interpretation
