They are seeking a motivated individual to join their Retirement Plan Specialist Team to manage client relationships, provide exceptional service, and identify sales opportunities within existing retirement plans.

Responsibilities

Act as the main contact in all matters related to the client’s needs
Manage a strong client relationship
Identify additional sales opportunities for clients
Provide exceptional client service
Educate the employee's retirement picture as a whole, including TRS/Government/State Pensions, Social Security, and Supplemental Retirement accounts (401(k), 457(b), 403(b))
Maintain service to clients, making sure they’re receiving service that’s meeting their needs
Assist employees with any retirement or financial needs
Developing and managing the client relationship with key leadership
Engage in retirement planning education and engagement activities with employees
Manage relationships with strategic partners and vendors
Manage communication between the client and internal teams to support existing processes
Assist with benefits fairs, retirement seminars, open enrollments, and one-on-one appointments hosted by the employer
