They are seeking a team-focused, patient-centric Optometrist to provide coverage for their Metro Detroit locations 2–3 Saturdays per month, focusing on delivering quality eye exams and building local market relationships.

Responsibilities
Partnering with the Store Manager to develop strategies to increase fill-rate
Networking and building relationships in the local market
Delivering a quality eye exam to patients, focused on both precision and experience
Making lens recommendations from the chair
Providing a seamless hand-off of patients back to the retail team at the end of each exam
Utilizing downtime to network, interact with potential patients, and collaborate with the retail team on the sales floor
Qualification
Required
Must follow all state laws regarding minimum eye examination standards
Responsible for completing and maintaining all credentialing requirements
Availability for 2–3 Saturdays per month
Preferred
Familiarity with state-of-the-art Digital Topcon equipment
