New Grad, Entry LevelMainstay Financial is seeking an Investor Relations & Capital Strategy Associate to support the sourcing, engagement, and stewardship of accredited investors participating in Rule 506(b) private placements across a growing senior housing and healthcare real estate platform. The Associate will work closely with senior leadership to support investor relationships and ongoing portfolio communication.

Supporting the sourcing and engagement of accredited investors under Rule 506(b) exemptions
Assisting with investor communications, follow-up, and long-term relationship stewardship
Translating underwriting, asset performance, and market dynamics into clear, investor-ready narratives
Collaborating on offering materials, capital stack positioning, and market messaging
Helping ensure alignment between investor expectations, asset performance, and portfolio strategy
Qualification
Required
Experience or strong interest in accredited investors, private placements, or alternative investments
Familiarity with real estate, private equity, or capital markets environments
Financial literacy and comfort discussing underwriting, risk, and return profiles
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, executive-level communication
High judgment, discretion, and professionalism
Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving, high-trust environment
Ideal for someone earlier in their capital markets career seeking exposure, mentorship, and responsibility
