Responsibilities

Implement and support SAP GTS / SAP Global Trade solutions with a focus on FTZ operations, customs management, and trade compliance

Configure FTZ processes including zone admissions, privileged/non-privileged status, weekly entry filings, inventory tracking, and customs reporting

Collaborate with logistics, warehousing, and compliance teams to map and optimize FTZ workflows

Translate business requirements into SAP functional specifications and support technical teams with enhancements

Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, create documentation, and support user training

Ensure SAP configurations comply with CBP regulations, FTZ compliance standards, and internal audit requirements

Required

Experience with S/4HANA and/or integration with warehouse/logistics systems is a plus

Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
