Responsibilities
Own end-to-end supply chain and operations, spanning sourcing, manufacturing, inventory, and fulfillment across DTC and retail
Lead contract manufacturing and sourcing partnerships, including CMOs, raw material suppliers, and packaging vendors; manage timelines, costs, MOQ strategy, and capacity planning
Oversee demand planning, purchasing, and inventory health across all channels
Manage retail operations including EDI, routing guides, replenishment, and sell-through insights
Drive DTC fulfillment excellence, managing 3PLs and customer service partners to uphold a best-in-class customer experience
Build and scale systems, SOPs, and reporting across manufacturing, inventory, fulfillment, and launches
Act as a cross-functional connector across Marketing, PD, Finance, and Sales to ensure tight execution and on-time delivery
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing (beauty or CPG strongly preferred)
2+ years of experience building, leading, and developing teams
Proven experience managing contract manufacturers, sourcing partners, and suppliers, including launch execution and ongoing production
Strong command of DTC fulfillment, retail logistics, and inventory planning
Excellent project manager and communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments
Experienced with 3PLs, agencies, and vendor management
Comfortable with Shopify, inventory systems, and ops tooling
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
