Responsibilities

Conduct Channels Operational Controls testing (with a key focus on IT controls) & auditing to ensure key control requirements are met within established timelines
Work closely with Channels Operational Controls Leads to design control testing plan & ensure quarterly deliverables are met
Work closely with control owners to collect and maintain evidence of control execution
Coordinate efforts across multiple departments
Be able to multi-task and support a dynamic, growing, and evolving business

Required

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in finance, information technology, business administration, or related field
2-4 years relevant working experience in an audit, risk & controls-focused role
Experience in IT audit, risk & controls
Tight-knit collaboration, influencing and communication skills
Strong excel skills
Strong financial systems acumen

Preferred

Certified Internal Systems Auditor (CISA) certification a plus
Ability to communicate efficiently with strong interpersonal skills
Strong communicator who succeeds in a dynamic environment with target dates
Knowledge of accounting and understanding of financial statement risks
Exposure to project management and experience implementing changes at Cisco
Ability to cultivate a positive work environment
