Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for ensuring timely payment for products and services by maintaining constant communication with our vendors, recording transactions appropriately and resolving any issues in a timely manner
Verify, log and mail checks, including expediting special handling
Respond to vendor inquiries by researching account transactions
Follow up timely and resolve any posting issues
Experience with a large ERP software preferred
Help with internal and external audits as required Foundational knowledge in Invoice Coding
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED
3+ years of accounting experience, preferably focusing in Accounts Payables
Proficient in MS Office Programs, intermediate knowledge in Excel
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Excellent customer service and listening skills with demonstrated ability to resolve issues with poise and tact in a timely manner
Ability to problem solve independently
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Preferred
Experience with a large ERP software
Foundational knowledge in Invoice Coding
