This role partners closely with the CEO and executive team to ensure Crytica’s platform is secure, scalable, and positioned to support rapid growth in the cybersecurity market.

Responsibilities
Lead Crytica’s overall technology strategy and technical roadmap
Oversee engineering, architecture, and platform development
Ensure security, scalability, reliability, and performance across systems
Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing on roadmap and execution
Establish engineering standards, best practices, and delivery processes
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team
Drive execution while balancing innovation and technical debt
Qualification
Required
Senior technology leader with SaaS / tech / cybersecurity experience
Strong background in cloud architecture and scalable systems
Experience leading engineering teams in growth environments
Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
Strong leadership and executive communication skills
