Head of Business Development
Onivius is an integrated real estate development boutique and capital allocation platform, and they are seeking a Head of Business Development. The role involves originating, structuring, and closing high-value business and capital opportunities while operating with a high level of autonomy and leveraging personal networks to generate results.

Responsibilities
Originate and develop new business opportunities using your existing personal network
Identify and qualify:
HNWI / private investors
Luxury real estate buyers
Private co-investors
Lead commercial discussions from first introduction to contract signature
Drive transactions to real cash-in
Build and manage a qualified, actionable deal pipeline
Work in close coordination with executive board
Close real estate pre-sales investment transactions
Act as the primary relationship owner for clients post-closing – you ensure a high-level client experience
Serve as the client’s trusted point of reference from signature through delivery — and beyond
Coordinate with internal teams
Ensure a high-quality client experience while not managing operational execution
Build long-term relationships enabling repeat investments, portfolio expansion, referrals
Qualification
Required
Proven track record closing real estate / pre-sales
Proven track record closing private investment deals
Experience with high-ticket transactions (starting at $1MIL USD)
Experience with complex sales cycles
Experience closing without provided leads
Existing, active personal network
Direct access to HNWI / family entrepreneurs
Direct access to private investors
Direct access to qualified buyers
Ability to generate deals independently
Strong closer mentality
Hunter profile (Laser)
Autonomous, disciplined, accountable
Comfortable with performance pressure
Not dependent on a fixed salary
