Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and convert new leads in your region
Educate prospects on the Aura device and software platform
Conduct demos (virtual and in-person), close deals, and onboard new clients
Track your pipeline and performance—own your targets
Be the eyes and ears on the ground: share insights with HQ to sharpen our approach
Build lasting relationships across the aesthetics and skin health ecosystem
Qualification
Required
Have 5-10 years of sales experience in aesthetics, beauty, or health & wellness
Are comfortable working independently and remotely—yet thrive as part of a close-knit, ambitious team
Know how to sell value, not just features
Are passionate about innovation and the future of beauty and aesthetics
Have strong communication and people skills
Want to grow fast and take ownership
