Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test cutting-edge software in an agile, collaborative environment
Demonstrate critical thinking skills, the ability to thrive in small, empowered teams, and an intense desire to directly enable our customer’s success
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for performance and efficiency in complex environments
Drive project success by directly contributing to requirements, implementation, and test development
Work collaboratively with multiple engineering disciplines to analyze, implement, and test system modification requests to the existing system baseline

Required

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
Experience with software development, test, and/or integration using Java, C++, or C#
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Active and existing security clearance required after day 1

Preferred

Experience with Python is a plus
Experience with Windows and Linux development environments
Experience with multithreading
Experience with networking and communications protocols
Experience with CI/CD tools and infrastructure such as Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket
Experience with containerized applications such as Docker
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
