Client Engagement Coordinator, Wealth & Asset Management Group

Dow Jones & Company, the publisher of The Wall Street Journal, is seeking a Client Engagement Coordinator for their Wealth & Asset Management Group. Responsibilities

Compile invitation lists from Advisor Database and key clients for all Advisor Summits and Regional events
Maintain the Advisor Summit databases for accuracy and efficient use
Assist in the management of the end-to-end registration process, including setting up Cvent registration sites, managing attendee data, providing on-site support and helping with post-event reporting
Collaborate with Marketing Manager to copywrite, coordinate and track delivery of essential event information to attendees
Support on-site registration and check-in process at Advisor Summits and Regional events, including distributing event materials and helping to address attendee questions
Set up and maintain event app for Advisor Summits
Intake all inquiries (website, email and phone), as it relates to Advisor Summits, Rankings, and digital offerings, and filter to correct department
Submit continuing education credits on behalf of attendees
Help with attendance reporting: Create attendee reports for various stakeholders, prepare data to be included in weekly event registration reports, analyze attendee data to evaluate year-over-year trends
Assist with client relationship management by creating client portals to collect assets and track deliverables from partners
Help track inventory, organize and ship event equipment and materials

Required

NYC-area based
Bachelor's degree or 1 - 2 years of professional experience is preferred
Strong customer service skills. A dynamic and engaging person, who enjoys building relationships, gaining expertise, and earning trust with our clients
Highly proficient in Excel. Knowledge in G-Suite and previous experience in Cvent technology is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills; copywriting experience preferred, but not required
Self-starter who is curious, highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to find inefficiencies and new ways to innovate
Must be a team player with the ability to work effectively in a team or independently. Comfortable and confident when supporting members of the events team, and sharing ideas and experiences
Superior time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and function efficiently with very tight deadlines
Ability to travel to events, and occasionally work weekends
