Responsibilities
Install, modify and make minor repairs to computer hardware, software systems
Perform user account management and training for center staff in compliance with Data Center policies and procedures. Provide technical assistance for system users regarding center accounts
Maintain hardware, repair computers, monitors, printer, servers, and connections
Install and set up hardware, software applications and hardware for VOIP phones, maintain all communication equipment
Inventory, monitor and report all computer hardware to the director, finance & administration and the supervisor, property, inventory, monitor, store and order all parts for hardware maintenance
Qualification
Required
Associates degree and two (2) years' experience, or a combination of two (2) years of technical training and related experience
Certified Network Administrator or other related certification
Must have in-depth knowledge of current computer hardware, software applications, and network administration
Must be able to lift and carry 60 pounds
Excellent written and verbal communications skills and computer proficiency required
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, unless waived by management
