AS Associate Broker
High Associates is a company focused on managing properties to create environments for business and community growth. The Associate Broker role involves securing tenants for the High Commercial/Industrial Portfolio and representing clients in real estate transactions, requiring a broad knowledge of real estate sales and leasing.

Responsibilities
Assist in the development of marketing plans for properties listed by High Associates Ltd. that are for sale or lease. Implement prospecting strategies through physical presentations, phone calls, e-mail communications, and other modalities to attract prospective tenants and buyers for properties represented by High Associates Ltd
Develop and maintain, as part of the brokerage team, the shared Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database. Enter new clients, update information on personnel changes in the marketplace
Attend business networking events, educational courses/seminars, zoning hearing and other relevant municipal/county meetings sponsored by the C&I Council, CCIM, SIOR, Lancaster Chamber of Commerce, local government, and other institutions to gain knowledge, support professional growth, develop relationships, and generate economic enterprise on behalf of the Company
Follow-up on leads concerning potential tenants, buyers, or sellers of commercial, industrial, office and retail properties. Document property tours, inquiries, and the outbound flow of marketing materials provided to brokers and prospectives customers. Alert SVP of Sales & Leasing on inquiries and showing activities
Prepare and present marketing proposals, Letters of Intent, Agreements of Sale, Listing Agreements, Closing cost estimates and other related real estate industry documents. Seek assistance from SVP Sales & Leasing or In-House Counsel whenever in doubt concerning a written assignment or task
Establish and maintain a good rapport with the representatives from companies and organizations who are tenants of High Properties and other related entities, or who do business the High Associates Ltd
Serve on various company committees as appointed
Promote the interests and favorable image of the High Companies. Support and sustain the values of the High Philosophy
Perform special assignments as directed
Qualification
Required
This position requires a broad knowledge of and experience with real estate sales and leasing
A 4-year college degree is required, or additional real estate experience coupled with ongoing continued professional education and development may be considered in lieu of a 4-year degree
