Responsibilities
Oversee daily program operations to ensure seamless experiences for club members
Supporting their cognitive, social, and wellness goals
Planning, coordinating, and executing activities
Managing member programs
Fostering a welcoming and engaging environment for all participants
Managing a team of staff members
Tracking outcomes
Coordinating with healthcare and operational partners to ensure programs align with the Club’s health-centric mission
Qualification
Required
Program coordination and management experience, especially in health or wellness-related fields
Strong interpersonal skills to foster community engagement and social connection
Experience with event planning and activity facilitation
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and external stakeholders
Knowledge of or experience in wellness, aging, or healthcare settings is a plus
Excellent communication skills and ability to create an inclusive environment
Preferred
Leadership and team management experience highly preferred
Bachelor's degree in social work, gerontology, healthcare, or a related field preferred
