Customer Service Intern

Responsibilities
Respond and support customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods
Use Salesforce.com to document and facilitate multiple aspects of the sales cycle
Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers and Regional Business Directors as well as cross-functional departments such as credit, supply chain and distribution
Utilize problem solving skills to make decisions within established policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program with a major in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
Minimum second semester sophomore status with 48 completed credits
Availability to work full-time (40 or more hours per week) during the summer of 2026
Excellent interpersonal skills, phone presentation skills, oral and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Permanent US Work Authorization required
