Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
8+ years of software engineering experience
3+ years managing engineering teams
Strong hands-on experience with Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, or modern tech stacks
Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
Solid understanding of system design, microservices, APIs, and databases
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
