The intern will gain hands-on experience applying data-driven techniques to real-world problems while supporting the development of machine learning models, software engineering, and analytical tools.

Responsibilities
Support software development and prototyping efforts
Write, test, and debug code in Java and/or Python
Contribute to web-based applications using React or similar frameworks
Assist with data processing, analytics, or visualization
Help configure and deploy applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar)
Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical problem-solving sessions
Learn how engineering teams operate in real-world, mission-driven environments
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a closely related technical field (i.e. Mathematics, Statistics, or Science)
Some hands-on experience (academic, personal, or internship) with Java and/or Python
Some hands-on experience (academic, personal, or internship) with front-end frameworks such as React (or similar)
Some hands-on experience (academic, personal, or internship) with basic cloud concepts or environments
Eager to learn, ask questions, and take initiative
Enjoy solving problems and building things that work
Can communicate clearly and collaborate with a technical team
