Billing Operations Admin
Superior Skilled Trades (SST) is looking for a motivated individual to join our team in Austin, TX as our Billing Operations Admin. The role involves assisting with billing, auditing, and payroll admin needs while working closely with internal team members and clients.

Responsibilities
Upload invoices into client portals
Handle sensitive financial details
Work diligently in Excel with large (and multiple) sets of data to audit pay rates, billing, per diem payments, etc
Communicate with clients and internal staff
Assist with other departments as needed
Qualification
Required
A degree in operations, finance, or accounting preferred
Must be highly knowledgeable in excel including formulas that assist in auditing functions
Solid communication skills
Must have high attention to detail and great organizational skills
Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods
Preferred
Billing experience is preferred
Auditing experience is a plus
