Responsibilities
Execute private capital raise transactions across equity, structured equity, and private credit
Lead financial analysis, modeling, valuation, and due diligence workstreams
Support deal structuring, investor targeting, and preparation of all transaction materials
Manage day-to-day deal processes and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders
Provide oversight, guidance, and quality control for analysts and junior team members
Contribute to client presentations, market materials, and strategic discussions
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of Investment Banking M&A experience, with at least 2 sell‑side transactions closed
Proven strength in financial modeling, valuation, and technical analysis
Demonstrated ability to manage workstreams and mentor junior talent
Strong communication skills and the ability to operate with ownership and accountability
Preferred
Experience in Technology & Services (T&S) is a significant plus, but not required
Prior exposure to private placements, leveraged finance, or capital markets is helpful
