Responsibilities
Executive leadership team role with direct access to the CEO
Ownership of sales performance across commercial and residential roofing
National and regional team leadership across multiple markets
Mandate to drive execution, discipline, and predictable revenue
Commercial sales strategy including national accounts, GCs, property and asset managers
Residential sales engines including retail, inbound, and insurance driven work
Sales process standardization, CRM discipline, and forecasting accuracy
Hiring, developing, and holding sales leaders accountable to results
Sales integration for acquired businesses
Qualification
Required
Senior sales leadership within roofing or construction services
Experience leading both long cycle commercial sales and high velocity residential models
Success scaling teams in multi location or platform environments
Comfort operating in private equity or growth driven businesses
