Responsibilities
Support investors and fund managers across the full transaction lifecycle—from pre-investment analysis through post-close portfolio monitoring
Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform
Gain access to live deal execution and portfolio analytics work
Support investment teams, operators, and sponsors on active transactions
Contribute to investment committee and portfolio review materials
Build a verified deal and portfolio track record and Analyst Rating Score
Deal Execution & Investment Analysis: 3-statement financial models and transaction underwriting, Commercial real estate and private asset modeling, DCF, LBO, and return analysis, Sensitivity, scenario, and downside analysis, Comparable company and precedent transaction analysis
Portfolio Analytics & Monitoring: Portfolio performance tracking and KPI reporting, Cash flow forecasting and variance analysis, Return attribution and risk monitoring, Support for portfolio reviews and IC updates
Due Diligence & Investment Support: Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis, Commercial, operational, and financial diligence, Risk identification and mitigation analysis, Investment memo, IC, and portfolio reporting support
Qualification
Required
Score ≥70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment
Completion of Initio Sphere Financial Training
Active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)
