Responsibilities

Under general supervision, follows established protocols to assist candidates through the process of applying for positions at Henry Ford Health
Acts as a welcoming front door for all callers, instilling loyalty, anticipating needs, and effective candidate relationship management
Provide a first-class candidate experience, guiding candidates through the application process, triaging any technical issues, and responding to email inquiry all within established service levels
Advocates on behalf of the candidate to ensure all needs are met
Partner with Talent Selection team in scheduling interviews and review of applications
Ensure all inquiries are logged in case management database
In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and attracting qualified candidates for challenging positions within our organization
As the initial point of contact, you will ensure that the appropriate recruiters follow up on and receive leads
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing process flows related to sourcing support and utilizing a range of recruitment tools to enhance our talent acquisition efforts

Required

Two years of customer service experience required
Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Must display strong listening skills
Must be willing to instruct others
Requires the ability to make sound decisions
Must be able to multi-task

Preferred

Associate degree in Human Resources preferred
Previous HFHS customer service experience helpful
