Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor and security advocate for clients— their protection is our mission
Lead the end-to-end sales process including prospecting, discovery, solution alignment, proposal development, and deal closure
Engage with Partners, CLO, General Counsel, Law firm support teams
Collaborate with internal engineering and delivery teams to define optimal service offerings for each client
Conduct compelling product demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical presentations
Support responses to RFPs, RFIs, and detailed security questionnaires
Contribute to marketing efforts and thought leadership, including refining collateral and shaping messaging based on client feedback
Drive cross-selling initiatives across DCube’s service lines
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management through CRM systems
Manage client invoices, collections, and ongoing account relationships
Stay up to date on security trends, technologies, and compliance standards

Qualification

Required

Minimum 5+ years of experience of litigation and ediscovery sales, solutions consulting
Deep understanding of EDRM, FRCP and general ediscovery litigation process
Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Familiarity with leading review platforms, Relativity, Reveal, Everlaw, Nuix and others
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and lead enterprise sales cycles
Bachelor's degree
Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills
