Responsibilities
Act as a technical subject matter expert on operational human capital programs focused on recruitment and staffing for Senior Executive Service (SES), Senior Professional, Excepted Service, consultants and political appointees
Analyze executive level resource policy to provide guidance to management and employees to resolve issues
Act as lead on a variety of working groups pertaining to executive level human resources issues to provide guidance to staff members
Utilize HRIT tools and software to process and manage personnel actions from initiation to completion to ensure work is accomplished for the Department
Engage with senior Department officials to carry-out executive consultative services
Track and report deliverables for high-visibility OCEM and CHCO executive recruitment actions and initiatives

GS-13 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-12 in the Federal service
GS-14 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-13 in the Federal service
