Mid LevelPilates Addiction is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support studios transitioning to a sustainable business model. The RSM will be responsible for guiding franchisees through the pre-sale process and ensuring new studio locations achieve membership and revenue goals during their initial phases.

Responsibilities
Guide Franchisees and their new studios through the pre-sale sales plan
Help new studios hit sales targets from pre-sale to two months post opening
Provide on-site sales training for Sales Representatives and Studio Managers
Review studio operations with the SM and the Franchise Owner
Host one-on-one calls and webinars with staff
Coach studios on Sales & Operations best-practices
Advise on Presale, Soft Open, Grand Opening plans, community outreach and other business needs
Qualification
Required
Multi-unit sales experience required, preferably fitness sales
Availability to travel up to 50% of the time
Preferred
Pre-sale or start up experience preferred
Fitness franchise experience highly preferred
Experience with grassroots marketing
Experience with MindBody or other gym POS & CRMs
