Responsibilities
Accurately post manual and electronic customer payments to accounts using the CDM module
Review customer payment data and determine correct application using internal billing systems
Research check payments to identify corresponding customer accounts
Verify accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and reconcile payment errors daily
Resolve and escalate billing and payment issues in a timely and accurate manner
Perform daily payment reconciliations and reporting
Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (required)
2+ years of experience in billing, payments, accounts receivable, or finance operations
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Basic to intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, sorting, filtering)
