Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans for key accounts, including full-funnel campaign strategy, program architecture, and performance alignment
Continuously improve operational systems, documentation, and delivery workflows to ensure efficiency, consistency, and scalability
Act as a strategic advisor and escalation point for key clients to maintain trust, retain business, and identify growth opportunities
Ensure methodologies and processes evolve with industry best practices and emerging technologies, specifically regarding AI
Mentor team members across departments on performance-focused execution and program innovation
Step in to manage specific client programs, ensuring delivery excellence, measurable performance, and cross-functional collaboration between creative, media, and digital teams
Audit client programs and internal processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, or optimization opportunities
Lead regular performance and delivery reviews to ensure quality and streamline operations
Track key program and client health metrics to proactively flag risks and intervene when necessary
Must successfully manage programs in-platform across key paid channels, including LinkedIn, Reddit, Meta, 6sense and other client-owned account-based display networks
Responsible for maintaining a budget variance of no more than 5% on all managed media budgets
Deliver clear, insightful, and actionable media reporting that empowers clients to make informed decisions
Exceed performance goals through proactive optimization and deliver program improvements defined by client KPIs
Reduce program inefficiencies or delivery friction through workflow refinements
Achieve and maintain high client satisfaction and retention scores
Maintain consistent on-time delivery across all programs within established SLAs
Contribute recognized thought leadership in performance media within the company
