This role focuses on generating qualified leads for HVAC consultations by interacting with Costco members and educating them about Thielmann’s products and services.

Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Lead Generation
Actively approach Costco members to discuss their home heating and cooling needs
Educate shoppers on Thielmann Heating & Cooling’s products, services, and seasonal promotions
Qualify interested members by asking targeted questions about their home and comfort preferences
Accurately record and submit customer lead information for follow-up by the Thielmann sales team
Represent Thielmann and Costco with professionalism while employed and managed by Premium Retail Services
Sales & Communication
Deliver confident, informative, and friendly presentations to Costco members
Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead generation goals
Provide feedback on member interactions and overall performance after each shift
Support Thielmann’s commitment to customer education and energy-efficient home solutions
Operational Excellence
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional booth at all times
Follow all Costco and Premium Retail Services compliance standards for dress code, safety, and conduct
Arrive on time for assigned AM and PM shifts and remain prepared throughout scheduled store hours
Complete daily reporting and communicate event outcomes to your PRS supervisor
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, retail, customer service, or event marketing
Comfortable starting conversations and engaging with the public
Dependable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Flexible AM and PM availability during Costco operating hours
Preferred
Previous experience working Costco roadshows or in-store product demonstrations
Familiarity with HVAC systems or home improvement services
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
