Responsibilities
Adhere to all Ecolab safety protocols, general policies and procedures
Perform accurate and precise laboratory testing such as specific gravity, pH, HPLC, Colorimeter, dilutions, titrations, etc
Prepare reagents and prepare samples for analytical testing
Maintain the productivity and organization of a fast-paced production laboratory
Record test results accurately and concisely in ERP Systems (SAP)
Identify and help resolve adverse process trends through real-time root cause analysis
Perform daily and weekly calibrations and method assurance for lab instruments
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
Actively participate with and maintain professional relationships with all Team Members
Support Quality and others in customer and regulatory audits, nonconformance documentation, root cause analysis, 5S, TPM, etc
Perform additional quality and manufacturing duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2-year Technical Degree
Experience working in a lab environment
Experience in experimental design and analysis
Experience working with statistical software and Microsoft Office applications

Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
High attention to detail and quality in results
Ability to establish and meet deadlines to produce independent results
Knowledge of GMP and GLP
Ability to multi-task and manage numerous projects simultaneously
