Director of Revenue Operations
TitanX is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to lead the engine that powers the entire customer lifecycle. This role involves overseeing sales forecasting, commission structures, and managing a sophisticated tech stack while partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership.

Responsibilities
Own the forecasting process
Provide the 'why' behind numbers, helping leadership understand segment performance, win rates, and pipeline health
Partner with the CEO, COO and CRO to provide deep-dive analysis for board meetings and strategic offsites
Design, implement, and manage incentive compensation plans alongside the CRO and CFO
Ensure commissions are accurately attributed, transparently tracked, and scaled as we grow
Oversee the Salesforce environment, ensuring it's optimized for a high-velocity sales team
Collaborate with Marketing Ops to manage HubSpot automation and lead routing to ensure no lead is left behind
Manage and optimize our peripheral tools, including Gong for conversational intelligence and Chargebee for seamless billing and subscription management
Build the framework for deal approvals, contract management, and pricing strategy to reduce friction in the sales cycle
Bridge the gap between Sales and Finance, ensuring the handoff from 'Closed Won' to Chargebee is flawless
Implement workflows to track health scores, renewal cycles, and expansion opportunities within the existing customer base
Qualification
Required
6+ years in RevOps, BizOps, or Sales Ops, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
Deep experience with SFDC architecture. Certifications are a plus, but proven implementation experience is a must
Proven experience with HubSpot, Chargebee (or similar billing tools), Gong, and commission software (e.g., CaptivateIQ/Spiff)
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, Net Retention, Churn, Payback Period)
Experience managing at least 1-2 direct reports (CRM admins or analysts)
