Responsibilities
Enter new proposals into Deltek
Set up new projects and project budgets in Deltek
Assist the Accounts Receivable team with preparing and distributing monthly invoices through Deltek/Elevia, with guidance from Project Managers
Support the vendor Accounts Payable cycle as needed, including check processing
Assist with employee expense report review and payment processing as needed
Set up new vendors and clients in Deltek
Process credit card receipts
Prepare and process remote bank deposits
Process cash receipts and intercompany checks
Perform month-end data entry into subsidiary databases
Provide cross-functional support across AR and AP functions and fill in as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Dependable, professional, and eager to learn
Flexibility to work extended hours on rare occasions with advance notice
Preferred
Willingness to learn new skills, technologies, and accounting processes
Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist other departments and employees
