Strong technical skills and a highly collaborative approach
Proven ability to think systematically and work effectively with others
10+ years of experience
High craft with expert proficiency in Figma
Strong prototyper (can be any prototyping tool)
High output generator, able to generate high amount of good designs within short time
Past enterprise tooling experience and designs for web + mobile
Preferred
Experience across both mobile (Android, iOS) and desktop platforms
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce and Zendesk
An effective communicator and engaging storyteller, conveying complex ideas with clarity and precision
Experienced at working with cross-functional partners and collaborating with other designers
Ability to work independently and manage one's time
