Responsibilities
Provide V&V support services for effective management in compliance with Air Force SEAM processes, AFI 99-103, and applicable MAJCOM, Center, and Directorate guidance
Prepare test plans and procedures
Prepare TEMPs
Prepare and review test analyses
Prepare T&E segments of acquisition documentation
Monitor test events
Support certification test activities (e.g., JITC)
Support training required to execute test activities
Support the execution of test cases, evaluations, and demonstrations
Review and analyze engineering performance analysis reports
Review and analyze measures of effectiveness and measures of suitability
Review and analyze engineering performance predictions
Review and analyze trade-off studies
Support FCAs/PCAs
Support the collection of test data during developmental and operational test events
Qualification
Required
Must be a US citizen
Must have and be able to maintain an Active Secret Clearance
BA/BS degree and 15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, of which 5 years must be in the DoD; OR + 20 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the Functionally Aligned Job Descriptions, of which 8 years must be in the DoD
Validation and Verification (V&V)
Test planning, preparation, and review (plans, procedures, TEMPs, analyses)
Test event monitoring and execution
Certification test activities (e.g., JITC)
Collection and analysis of test data
Review and analysis of MOEs, MOSs, performance reports, and trade-off studies
Support for FCAs/PCAs
Ability to support training required to execute test activities
Ability to work effectively with government leadership and program stakeholders
Preferred
Advanced degree (MA/MS) and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, of which 5 years must be in the DoD
