Responsibilities

Assist with identifying, developing, and nurturing new sales leads/prospects while being exposed and learning the full sales cycle
Check-in daily with leadership and report back on efforts in the field
Positive interaction and brainstorm with other sales representatives for sales opportunities
Collaborate with sales leaders, pricing team, care and operations teams to drive wins and enhance engagement
Learn industry knowledge through product and technical training
Help develop and execute creative outreach campaigns, including phone calls, emails, and door-to-door cold calls
Build and strengthen customer relationships, learning how to engage at varying levels of seniority
Present a final report describing your internship experience and key learnings

Required

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, working toward a bachelor's degree
A strong interest in sales and lead generation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A goal-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and develop new skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for delivering results
The ability to commit to a 10-12 week program during the summer
A strong sense of professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to sustainability

Preferred

Interest in a Sales Career, previous experience in sales, customer service, or cold outreach is preferred but not required
