Responsibilities
Lead strategic business development initiatives to increase market share and profitability
Build and strengthen referral networks with lenders, attorneys, realtors, builders, and other industry partners
Conduct a minimum of 50 prospecting and relationship-building outreach calls per month within Virginia, with occasional travel to surrounding states
Deliver exceptional client service through proactive and consistent communication
Identify new ownership and growth opportunities in collaboration with senior leadership
Increase both internal and external referral penetration
Represent Bankers Title at industry events and participate in relevant professional organizations
Plan and host training seminars for clients and prospective partners
Collaborate on agency communications, social media, and marketing initiatives
Qualification
Required
Candidates must reside in Virginia and be based out of our main office, with the ability to travel extensively (approximately 75% of the time)
Proven sales and marketing experience with a strong emphasis on relationship building
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Ability to adapt, negotiate, and creatively solve problems
Availability to attend early-morning and after-hours events as needed
Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and/or 5+ years of experience in commercial banking, title insurance, or real estate lending
Minimum of 3 years of sales and marketing experience required
