Responsibilities

Serve as the trusted executive partner to Co-CEOs and leadership team, translating strategy into disciplined financial planning, forecasting, and performance management
Oversee all financial reporting, controls, and compliance across a multi-entity structure, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Lead budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, and executive dashboards to deliver actionable business insights
Own cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, credit facilities, and liquidity management for long-term success
Build, lead, and mentor a high-impact finance and accounting team with clear roles, expectations, and career development pathways
Drive M&A due diligence, integration, and process standardization to enable rapid, controlled growth
Establish scalable systems, audit-ready controls, and reliable financial visibility for leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA strongly preferred)
12+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience
Proven expertise in multi-entity, high-growth environments and complex organizational structures
Deep knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial governance
Demonstrated success building, scaling, and developing finance teams and processes
Experience in M&A, integrations, or enterprise expansion is a strong plus
