Workers Compensation Paralegal
PrideStaff is partnering with a well-established Sandy Springs law firm to find an experienced Workers’ Compensation Paralegal for a plaintiff-side practice. This role provides high-level legal and administrative support directly to the principal attorney, focusing on case management, attorney support, and communication with clients and other parties.

Responsibilities
Case Management: Prepare, file, and organize legal documents for hearings; manage discovery and obtain necessary evidence
Attorney Support: Assist with high-volume caseloads, ensuring all deadlines and filing requirements are met
Communication: Act as a primary liaison between clients, attorneys, courts, and medical providers
Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of client meetings, calls, and case developments
Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and hearings, ensuring a seamless workflow for the legal team
Subject Matter Expertise: Apply knowledge of legal and medical terminology specific to Workers’ Compensation claims
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of dedicated Workers' Compensation Paralegal experience (Plaintiff/Claimant side)
Proficiency in Needles NEOS and ICMS is a requirement
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and standard legal software
Strong understanding of local, state, and federal laws regarding Workers' Compensation
High School Diploma required; AA or Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies preferred
Must be 18+ years of age
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S
Preferred
AA or Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies
