Responsibilities

Selling businesses and top 500 franchises (including case by case Engagement fees, retainers, advisory fee, business valuation fees etc. from the business selling clients per our bilateral contracts), with/ without commercial real estate
Helping businesses to turn them into franchises through our specialized team of franchising experts
Business appraisals/valuations (BOVs)
Raising bank financing for business buyers to meet their business acquisitions and growth capital requirements
Offer business advisory services in line with the goals and objectives of the business owners
Overview of Day-to-Day supporting small to medium sized businesses through a buy or sale transaction
Marketing of business and franchise opportunities for sale
Negotiation and deal structuring
Management of due diligence

Qualification

Required

At least five years experience in a professional business-to-business sale required
Four-year bachelors degree from accredited business school
