Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Actively hunt for new business through canvassing, networking, and following up on company-provided leads
Property Inspections: Perform roof and siding inspections (including climbing ladders and walking roofs) to identify storm damage or wear-and-tear
Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and estimates to homeowners
Insurance Liaison: Work with insurance adjusters to justify "scopes of work" for restoration-based claims
Relationship Management: Manage the customer experience from the initial contract signing through to the final walk-through
Qualification
Required
A minimum of two years of direct sales experience
Strong process and results driven attitude
Physical Ability: Must be comfortable using a ladder and performing inspections at heights
Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to explain technical construction details to non-technical homeowners
Integrity: A commitment to honest selling—we are a 'Faster to any size disaster' brand, and our reputation is everything
Vehicle: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (Truck preferred)
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
