Responsibilities
Azure DevOps pipelines across multiple delivery streams
Build and maintain scalable CI/CD structures with strong security and governance
Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform or Bicep
Introduce AI-assisted workflows to accelerate deployments and improve quality
Diagnose pipeline issues and implement fixes for stable, predictable releases
Coordinate closely with developers on build and deployment needs
Provide mentoring and guidance on DevOps best practices
Participate in sprint planning and prioritise DevOps work
Contribute to environment design, configuration, monitoring, and observability
Act as the escalation point for DevOps-related issues
Qualification
Required
Strong experience managing Azure DevOps in enterprise environments
Solid knowledge of Linux systems and container deployments with Kubernetes
Expert understanding of networking, protocols, and security fundamentals
Hands-on Terraform experience for IaC
Experience integrating CI/CD with Git and cloud workflows
Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and lead resolution
Ability to coach developers and influence delivery discipline
Fluent in English and Polish
Strong ownership mindset and delivery focus
Preferred
Azure certifications
Experience with vulnerability scanning tools
Experience integrating AI workflows into DevOps processes
Background in consulting or project-based delivery environments
