They are looking for a Junior IT Support Technician to provide daily IT support, manage Office 365 users, and assist with company hardware devices while ensuring a safe and positive work environment.

Responsibilities
Provisioning of new Office 365 users including email account set up, group administration, and attaching new computers to the company domain
Providing support to on-site users via phone and remote desktop sessions to troubleshoot general issues, as well as in person support to resolve any issues that cannot be managed remotely
Provisioning, managing, and supporting company hardware devices including cell phones, scanners, computers, and tablets
Working directly with hardware and communication vendors to order new equipment and lines, as well as manage and track repairs
Flexibility to adapt to various tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors to support operational needs
To have the ability to conduct training meetings
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in a front-line support role
Ability to collaborate effectively with users at all levels
Independently manage workload
Consistently professional attitude and demeanor
Proficiency with Office 365 administration, including user and group management, email setup, and Exchange
Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory
Strong adaptability and professionalism to support a diverse range of employees and address issues as they arise
Must hold a current, valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record
Ability to pass drug screening and criminal background check
Frequently carry, lift, move, push, and/or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, standard operating procedures, work instructions, manuals, and policies
Clear vision and physical agility are necessary to perform job duties
Operate vehicles or mobile equipment as required
Daily travel for onsite visits, customer locations, or other business-related purposes is required
Available to work full-time, with the flexibility to work overtime as needed
This position requires the employee to be onsite full-time
