Responsibilities
Manage purchasing and material procurement activities to support production operations
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
Review and maintain key documents such as SDS, COA, and TDS for raw materials
Utilize SAP (MM module) for purchasing, material tracking, and reporting
Negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective and reliable sourcing
Monitor inventory levels and support forecasting for material needs
Prepare purchase orders, maintain accurate procurement records, and verify vendor invoices
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and safety standards
Qualification
Required
3–4 years of professional experience in purchasing, materials management, or procurement
Proficiency in SAP (MM module) required
Understanding of raw material documentation (SDS, COA, TDS)
Fluent in English and conversational in Korean
Must be willing and able to relocate to Savannah, GA in mid-2026
Preferred
Experience handling chemical raw materials is strongly preferred
