Responsibilities
Enter financial transactions accurately into QuickBooks
Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
Reconcile general ledger accounts and review GL entries
Enter payroll into QuickBooks after payroll reconciliation
Process bills, print checks, and manage scheduled payments
Maintain and review AR and AP aging and flag discrepancies
Track and process loan payments
Update and maintain NP Cashflow Sheet
Prepare CFCR report on a monthly basis
Assist with month-end close activities
Process routine financial transactions for El Salvador operations
Support financial tracking for Lellen Properties
Coordinate with third-party provider for sales tax filing support
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Qualification
Required
3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Experience with QuickBooks required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines consistently
QuickBooks: 3 years (Required)

Leadership: 2 years (Required)
